Y(N) Series General Pressure Gauge

1、Application

General pressure gauge is suitable for measuring the pressure of liquid, steam, gas and other media without explosion hazard, crystallization, solidification and corrosion to steel and copper alloy (The shock proof pressure gauge is filled with damping oil, so that the measuring mechanism has the ability to resist working environment vibration and medium pressure fluctuation).

2、Working Principle

The instrument consists of measuring system, indicating system and shell. When the measured medium enters the measuring element (spring tube) through the pressure guiding part, the free end of the measuring element will generate corresponding displacement under the medium pressure, and the transmission mechanism will be driven by the connecting rod, so as to indicate the measured medium pressure value on the instrument panel.

3、Main Technical Indicators

3.1 Accuracy level: 1.0 level 1.5 level 1.6 level 2.5 level

3.2 Operating environment temperature: - 25-70 ℃ (liquid filled in the shell);

-40-70 ℃ (no liquid filling in the shell)

3.3 Temperature influence: no more than 0.4% 10 ℃ (the use temperature deviates from 20 ℃ ± 5 ℃)

3.4 Enclosure protection grade: IP65 IP66

•  Connecting thread: M20 × 1.5 or agreed standard
•  Anti working environment vibration : The common type is V.H.3 (the shell is not filled with liquid)

4、Installation and Use

4.1、Before installation, please carefully check the model, specification and measuring range of the instrument, and confirm that the pointer of the instrument is at the zero position.
4.2、The instrument shall be installed vertically and the distance between the installation position and the measuring point shall be minimized. For liquid medium, the instrument and measuring point should be kept at the same level as far as possible, otherwise the additional error of corresponding liquid column should be included.

4.3、Before instrument verification, the sealing plug of the oil filling hole on the upper part of the case shall be removed to eliminate the influence of internal pressure. Install the sealing plug again after verification to avoid oil leakage. Cut off the raised part of the sealing plug after installation。
